Not quite Jude Law & Matt Damon I admit. I met these two guys whose names I’m not quite sure of now, possibly Ralph (left) & Frank (right) whilst wandering around the Galleria Umberto in Naples. Ralph had lived in London much of his adult life working in a hotel and in his words “had come home to die”. I’m glad to report that he didn’t look anywhere close to death.

Orchestra and Beginners Please

A personal project shot behind the scenes at Blackpool’s Tower Ballroom. “Orchestra & Beginners Please” is the call given to performers requesting them to their stations shortly before curtain up. All shots were taken in the 5 minutes immediately before the show starts.

Bold Street Coffee is a specialist, independently run coffee shop in Liverpool. Owner Sam Tawil approached me about shooting a photo project, concentrating on capturing the atmosphere and community ethos behind the shop. A real pleasure to shoot as it’s a great place with amazing staff and world class coffee.
